What’s Included in the Free Health Screening?

During your appointment, we’ll carry out a series of essential checks to help assess your general health:

• Blood Pressure (BP) – checks for high or low blood pressure
• Pulse Check – heart rate and rhythm assessment
• Blood Glucose Test – identifies signs of diabetes or blood sugar concerns
• Oxygen Saturation (SpO₂) – measures how well your body is oxygenated
• Heart and Lung Examination – a focused clinical exam using a stethoscope

If you have any additional concerns — such as chest tightness, dizziness, fatigue, or anything else — your GP will happily examine anything relevant during the appointment.

A Supportive Conversation About Your Health

Your GP will also take time to discuss:

• Any symptoms you’ve been experiencing
• Lifestyle factors affecting your wellbeing
• Long-term health risks or areas to monitor
• Any questions or worries you may have

This is a relaxed, patient-centred chat aimed at helping you understand your health better.

Your Personalised Health Report

At the end of the appointment, you’ll receive a written report summarising:

• All findings from your screening
• The GP’s clinical opinion
• Any recommended next steps for your future care

We will forward this report directly to you, giving you a clear and professional health overview you can keep for your records.
