Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026 · OUR GP, part of SRS Health Group Ltd

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you book an appointment, use a service, or use this website provided by OUR GP (part of SRS Health Group Ltd), 14 Dudhope Street, Dundee DD1 1JU. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please contact us before booking so we can help another way.

2. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by WhatsApp. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once you receive email confirmation. Please arrive on time for face-to-face appointments — if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to rearrange your appointment to protect other patients’ booked slots.

3. Fees & Payment

Our current fees are published on our Fees page and are payable at the time of booking or at your appointment, depending on the service. All fees are shown inclusive of any applicable charges unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update our fees from time to time; the fee shown at the time you book is the fee that applies to your appointment.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us as much notice as possible by calling or WhatsApping us on +44 7857 761328.

Refund ceiling: Where a refund is agreed, in whole or in part, the maximum amount refunded will not exceed 20% of the fees paid for the relevant appointment or service. This 20% figure is a ceiling, not a guarantee — whether any refund is due, and how much, depends on the circumstances of your individual case and will be considered on request.

5. Consent to Treatment

We will always seek your informed consent before any examination, test, or treatment. Consent may be verbal for routine care or written for certain procedures. You have the right to ask questions, to have things explained clearly, and to refuse or withdraw consent to any treatment at any time. Where a patient lacks capacity to consent, we follow the appropriate legal safeguards for their care.

6. Chaperones

You are welcome to request a chaperone for any examination or consultation where you would feel more comfortable with one present. Our staff are trained in chaperone duties, and any such request will always be accommodated with full respect for your privacy and confidentiality.

7. Privacy, Dignity & Respect

Every patient is treated with privacy, dignity and respect, in every interaction with our clinical and administrative staff. If at any point you feel this hasn’t been the case, please tell us — see the Complaints section below.

8. Complaints

If you’re unhappy with any aspect of your care or experience with us, please let us know — verbally, by email, or in writing. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days, investigate fairly and thoroughly (typically within 20 working days), and provide a written response within 5 working days of concluding our investigation. You can make a complaint yourself, or ask someone else to make one on your behalf with your consent.

9. Duty of Candour

In the rare event of an unintended or unexpected incident resulting in harm, we are legally required to be open and honest with you: to notify you (or your family, where appropriate), provide an apology, and carry out a review into what happened. This is a legal duty we take seriously, in line with Scottish healthcare regulation.

10. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, in line with GMC and professional clinical standards. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law. Beyond that, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid for the appointment or service in question.

11. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos and design) belongs to OUR GP / SRS Health Group Ltd unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Information on this website is provided for general guidance only and does not replace individual medical advice from a consultation.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version published on this page is always the current one. We’d encourage you to check back occasionally, particularly before booking.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
