Nose filler

A smoother profile without surgery, with safety first.

Small amounts of hyaluronic acid filler can disguise a bump on the bridge of the nose, lift a drooping tip, and even out dents or irregularities. It cannot make a nose smaller, and it is not a replacement for surgery.

The nose is one of the higher-risk areas for filler because of its blood supply. That is why we only offer it as a doctor-led treatment, with a full assessment first. If it is not safe or suitable for you, the GP will tell you.

OUR GP patient, non-surgical nose reshaping. Before (left) and after (right). Shared with consent. Individual results vary.

Because the nose is a higher-risk area, our GP is trained to recognise and manage complications such as vascular occlusion. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved if needed.

What nose filler can help with
  • A bump on the bridge (dorsal hump)
  • A drooping or poorly defined tip
  • Dents or small irregularities
  • Mild asymmetry
  • A flat bridge
What to expect
  • Face-to-face GP consultation first
  • A clear plan and price before treatment
  • Results visible straight away
  • Review at 2 weeks included
Your safety

Why GP-led aesthetics matters

The UK aesthetics industry is largely unregulated. Anyone can legally inject anti-wrinkle treatments or fillers without medical training. At OUR GP, your treatment is prescribed and administered by a GMC-registered doctor — and that makes a significant difference.

The difference between GP-led aesthetics and a non-medical practitioner isn’t just about qualifications — it’s about what happens when something goes wrong, whether you are suitable for a treatment, and whether you’re being given honest advice or just what you want to hear. Our GP will decline to treat if a treatment is not right for you. That’s not a limitation — it’s the point.

Prescription safety

Anti-wrinkle injections use a prescription-only medicine. Our GP prescribes it after a proper medical consultation — assessing your health, medications, and suitability before any needle is used.

Honest clinical assessment

We will tell you honestly if we think a treatment isn’t right for you, or if a different approach would give a better result. That’s a medical obligation — not a sales conversation.

Complication management

Rare complications do occur. Our GP can recognise and manage vascular occlusion, infection, and other serious adverse events — something many non-medical practitioners cannot.

Regulated & insured

Our GP holds a GMC licence to practise, carries full medical indemnity insurance, and is regulated by Healthcare Improvement Scotland. You have full recourse if anything goes wrong.

GP-led means medically safe

All aesthetic treatments at OUR GP are performed by our GP — not a beautician or therapy-trained practitioner. A medical consultation is always included, and we will be honest if a treatment is not right for you. Your safety and long-term wellbeing come first.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

No. Filler adds volume. It can make a nose look straighter and smoother in profile, but it cannot reduce its size.

It is a higher-risk area, so assessment and technique matter. Our GP will explain the risks, including rare vascular complications, and will decline if it is not right for you.

Possibly not. Previous surgery changes the blood supply. The GP will assess you carefully and may advise against treatment.

Usually 9–18 months.

Your result is checked two weeks after a new treatment, once swelling has settled. If a small adjustment is needed, we discuss it then. The review is included in the new-patient price.
