International students and students from elsewhere in the UK and Ireland are very welcome. Just bring your student ID to your appointment.Do I need to be registered with an NHS GP in Dundee? No. You don’t need to be registered with an NHS practice here, and you don’t need to register with us either. Book an appointment and we’ll see you.Is this cheaper than paying in one go?The price is the same either way — £120 for your initial face-to-face consultation. The plan exists so you can spread that cost across four months instead of paying it all at once, which is usually the harder part on a student budget. Is there interest or a credit check? No interest and no credit check. You pay £120 in total, as four payments of £30.What if I need a second appointment? The plan covers your initial face-to-face consultation. Follow-up appointments, blood tests, screening packages and procedures are charged at our standard rates — and we’ll always tell you the cost before anything goes ahead. Will my university or my parents find out?No. Your consultation is completely confidential. Nothing is shared with your university, your family or your NHS record unless you ask us to.How do I pay?You pay £30 when you book — not the full fee upfront. The remaining three payments of £30 are then taken monthly over the following three months. We accept debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. What if I need to reschedule?Rescheduling is free of charge. Just let us know as early as you can so we can offer your original slot to another patient. What if I need to cancel? If you cancel before your appointment we stop the plan — no further instalments are taken. The instalments you have already paid are kept as the cancellation fee. In practice that means if you cancel after your first payment, you will have paid £30 and nothing further is collected. You can cancel using the link in your booking confirmation email, on WhatsApp, by email, or through the contact form on our website. If something exceptional has happened, contact us straight away and we will review it case by case. What if I don’t turn up?Not attending without letting us know is treated as a no-show. The full £120 remains due and the remaining instalments are taken as scheduled. If you know you can’t make it, cancel or reschedule instead — rescheduling is free and cancelling stops any further payments. What if I arrive late?Appointments end at their scheduled time, so arriving late shortens your consultation rather than pushing it back, and the full fee still applies. We will do as much as we can in the time remaining.Feeling unwell?
