FAQs

Questions about seeing a private GP for a health problem

Can a private GP in Dundee help with my health problem?

Yes. Our GMC-registered, NHS-trained GPs assess and treat a wide range of everyday health problems, from tiredness, sleep and mood problems to joint pain, infections and hormone symptoms. If you need tests, we can arrange blood tests and an ECG in clinic, and if you need a specialist we can refer you.

Do I need a referral to see you?

No. You can book directly online or by phone, without a referral. Same-day and next-day appointments are usually available.

How much does an appointment cost?

Telephone appointments are £60, video £110 and face-to-face appointments start from £120. See our fees page for the full price list.

My health problem isn’t listed. Can you still help?

Very likely. This directory is growing, and our GPs see far more conditions than are listed here. Book a free 10-minute GP call and we’ll tell you whether we can help.

Do you see patients from outside Dundee?

Yes. Patients travel to our Dundee clinic from Fife, Perth and Kinross, Angus and across Tayside, and telephone and video appointments are available wherever you are in Scotland.

Ready to see a GP about your health problem?

Same-day and next-day appointments at our Dundee clinic, by video or by phone, with unhurried 30-minute consultations.
