No charge, no card details, and no obligation to book anything afterwards. Do I have to be an existing patient?No. The calls are open to anyone across Dundee, Fife and Perth, whether or not you’ve seen us before. What happens if I do need to be seen?The GP will tell you so on the call, and we’ll offer you an appointment at our standard rates, from £60. You’re under no obligation to take it — plenty of people use the call, get the reassurance they were after, and that’s the end of it. Will the GP have access to my NHS records?No. We’re a private practice, so we won’t have your NHS notes unless you choose to share them. The GP will ask you what they need to know at the start of the call. Can I get a prescription, sick note or referral on the call?Not on a free review call. Those need a full consultation so the GP can assess you properly — issuing them off the back of ten minutes wouldn’t be safe or appropriate. What if there are no times left this week?The calendar will show you the following week instead. We release ten calls a week, every week, so you’re never waiting long. The review call is by telephone, so there’s no journey involved — and if the GP does think you need to be seen, you’ll know that before you drive anywhere.
